W. Joe Batterton Joe has been involved in martial arts since childhood. As an adult he has focused mainly on Muay Thai and Jujitsu and Catch Wrestling. He has recieved Jujitsu rank from USJA, USJJF and USMA through his instructor Mr. K Joel Coles. He has also personaly recieved rank from O-sensei Phillip Porter. While living in Minnesota Joe won the MN state AAU Jujitsu championship in 1998 and 1999. He is a certified ground control instructor and was a defensive tactics instructor for the Sherburne Co Sheriff's Dept. for 3 years. Joe has been teaching Martial Arts for over 10 years and has help produce countless wins in MMA competition and grappling tournaments. Chris Wade jr. Chris also started his path into the Martial Arts early in life. Chris studied Tae Kwon Do for a period of time and has boxed at local tough man contests for many years. He began studying Jujitsu with Joe back in 2005 and recieved his Black Belt in 2008. Chris has been the assistant instructor/coach at White River Jujitsu for 2 years. He has competed in several grappling tournaments and MMA matches in the last few years and currently has an MMA record of 2-0
